Organizational Leadership – Program Overview

Students majoring in Organizational Leadership will have the opportunity to develop abilities to assess organizations, develop strategic abilities, and come up with innovative solutions to equip people within the organization with the tools they need to help them achieve their mission. Students will develop oral and written communication skills, discuss aspects of personal leadership, and learn basic marketing, managerial accounting principles, understand theories regarding organizational development and apply best practices in directing an organization through strategic planning.
